Yes. Each city's displayed time uses the IANA time zone database, which includes accurate DST rules for every location. The clock adjusts automatically on DST change dates without any action from you.

Can I save my list of cities between visits?

Yes. Your selected city list is stored in your browser's local storage. When you return to the page, the same cities appear automatically. Clearing your browser data will reset the list.
